Because every physical item is custom made we cannot offer returns/exchanges at this time. Please check the size, color, shipping address and any other applicable attributes of your order before completing your purchase. 

All Digital Downloads are final sale.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us about Damages and Issues will not be refunded or accepted.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, so that we can evaluate the problem and do our best to make it right, right away. Please contact us at shop@unbittered.com and allow at least 24 hours for a response. 

Refunds for Damages and Issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Even damaged items however, must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
